General Scope: Provide professional construction services prior to removal of current 1.5T MRI from Room 2 (FG184B) and professional construction services in preparing Room 2 (FG184B) as shown in the drawings and specifications prior to installing a new 1.5T MRI. Estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS CODE: 236220 Size Standard: $45.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. In accordance with Public Law 109-461 and VAAR 819.7003 (b), offerors must be registered and certified in the SBA Certification database as a SDVOSB. Only offers from certified SDVOSBs in the SBA database at the time of offer shall be deemed eligible for award. Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) intends to issue a Invitation for Bids (IFB) and award a single, firm fixed-price contract. Solicitation material will be available on/about November 18, 2025. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities website (https://sam.gov/opportunities).
