Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), specifically the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Clarksburg, WV, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single, firm fixed price contract for construction services.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary repairs to the hillside slip at the VA Medical Center, ensuring safety and structural integrity.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, and supervision necessary for the construction services related to Project Number 540-23-104 'Repair Hillside Slip'.

This includes but is not limited to excavation, grading, installation of drainage systems, and any other tasks required to complete the hillside repair as per the specifications and drawings provided in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The performance period for this contract is 90 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

The construction projects will be performed at the Louis A Johnson VA Medical Center located at 1 Medical Center Dr., Clarksburg, WV 26301.
