This solicitation is a Request for Proposals (RFP)

Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, disposal, and supervision
necessary to complete construction as described herein and defined by this Request for Proposal
(RFP), in accordance with the terms and conditions, drawings and specifications, and applicable
attachments, including the Wage Rates, as incorporated herein.

The Technical Representative is Michael Sanford, the Administrative Contracting Officer is Richard
Coutermarsh. The NAICS code is 236220 - Small business size standard is $39.5 Million.
Magnitude of Construction: The estimated value is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses in accordance with

Public Law 109-461 38 USC 8127 and 8128. To be eligible for award of a contract, the SDVOSB must be listed as

verified by the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) and VetBiz at the time of proposal submission and at

time of award.

A formal site visit is scheduled for July 29, 2020 at 9:00AM. Only one site visit will be conducted.
