PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 652-203, Construct New Electrophysiology (EP) Laboratory Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, incidentals and qualified supervision to construct Project 652-203 at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center. This presolicitation notice is in relation to the requirement described under market research notice 36C24620Q0195, posted to SAM.gov Contract Opportunities in the month of January 2020. All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications, to be provided with the solicitation, when/if released. The period of performance is 580 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP) to complete all work including final cleanup and project closeout. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 (see VAAR 836.204). The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with an SBA size standard of $39.5 million annual revenue. This requirement will be solicited under a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will likely be available on or around the week starting Sunday, February 23, 2020.
