The Offeror must be a General Construction company with an approved NAICS Code 236220, Size Standard $45 Million. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under the authority of 38 U.S.C 8127 (d). To be considered for award, Contractors must be registered and certified by SBA DSBS and registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database. The contractor is required to supply all necessary design, equipment, labor, materials, and additional items, as well as provide expert supervision, to convert existing A-412 office at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center into a fully functioning and compliant patient bathroom and trench drain shower as this room is adjacent to a locker room restroom.
