Construction Services are required for the Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center under a Job Order Contract. Projects will be determined in the future. This is for the John J. Pershing Health Care System, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901.

Background
The John J. Pershing Health Care System, located at 1500 N. Westwood Blvd, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901, is issuing a solicitation for construction services under a Job Order Contract (JOC).
This contract aims to expedite the award of construction requirements by reducing design work and acquisition lead-time. The contract will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will encompass various construction projects determined in the future.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, parts, supervision, project management, equipment, quality and safety assurance necessary to repair, maintain, alter, or construct real property facilities at the VA Medical Center.
The work includes but is not limited to:
- General construction tasks as defined in individual task orders.
- Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Coordination of work with facility staff and subcontractors.
- Quality control measures to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Safety compliance according to OSHA standards and VA safety protocols.
- Submission of daily logs and progress reports for each task order.
- Attendance at pre-construction conferences prior to mobilization or work commencement.
The contractor must also provide a detailed quality control plan and a safety plan that meets regulatory directives.

All work will be performed at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
