Background
The El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS) serves Veterans in far Southwest Texas and Doña Ana County, New Mexico. The goal of this contract is to install new water booster pumps to enhance the facility's water supply system, ensuring reliable service for the healthcare needs of veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to install a new government-furnished AquaForce VS by Goulds Water Technology pump. This includes replacing the existing Canariis pump model TE-375-46 system along with the suspension tank located in mechanical room C106.

The replacement will be based on the design of a Canariis model TM-400-60-3SV Triplex Booster skid with a suspension tank. The work is divided into two phases: a preconstruction phase lasting 180 days for processing permits and submittals, followed by a construction phase of 180 days for installation and commissioning.

Period of Performance
360 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), divided into two phases: 180 days for preconstruction and 180 days for construction.
