Background
The solicitation is for the construction of a new, approximately 22,600 SF, Primary Care and Women's Health Building at the Marion VA Medical Center in Illinois. The project aims to address the existing space gap in women's health, improve access to specialty and same day ancillary services, enhance safety and security measures, and provide an improved veteran and family experience.

Work Details
The scope of work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, infrastructure extension, and all other necessary removal of existing structures. It also involves the installation of chillers, boilers, air handling units, natural gas, pumps, fans, lighting, normal and emergency power distribution, an emergency generator, central oxygen distribution, wall protection, metal panels, and more.
The construction duration is 425 calendar days.
