Background
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Boston Healthcare System Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC) to support VA Medical Centers Brockton, Jamaica Plain, and West Roxbury. The VA Boston Healthcare System has a need for general construction services for the maintenance, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures, or other real property projects. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as a firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for construction services.

Work Details
The contract includes three indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) contracts, one for each of the three Boston VA medical centers. Work performed under these contracts will fall under NAICS 236220. The work will involve general construction services for the maintenance, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures, or other real property projects.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance of the contract is NTP + five-year period or $7,000,000.00 maximum limit per contract, whichever comes first.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at VA Medical Centers in Brockton, Jamaica Plain, and West Roxbury in Massachusetts.
