THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE An Invitation for Bids POSTED ON OR ABOUT 11/03/2022. The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) currently has a requirement for a project to Consolidate Outpatient Clinic to Building 1. . 36C257-23-B-0008 This project shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and testing services as required to Consolidate Outpatient Clinic to Building 1 as described in the Contract Documents. Project will be located in building 1 of the Doris Miller Veterans Medical Center located at 4800 Memorial Dr, Waco, TX 76711. Contractor Shall use the Plans & Specifications, 674A4-20-102, Consolidate Outpatient Clinic Bldg. 1 . The scope of this project will require coordination between the contactor, COR and VA staff. Ultimately the means and methods to perform this work and determine a sequence of work will be determined by the contractor. WORK SHALL INCLUDE: Work includes but is not limited to, Renovations to Basement and First Floor, General construction, new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new partitions, doors and frames and other Architectural work, Structural improvements, new elevators and stairwell extension to access upper floors, new Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing systems, exterior sitework improvements to include new entrance, new drive and drop-off lanes, walks and other related items, new low voltage systems including access control, security systems and certain other items. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Andres Garcia. Important Notice: Apparent successful bid must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive.
