Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for, Renovate 2D-200/300 MH Restrooms, Project No. 549-22-227, Dallas VAMC, 4500 Lancaster Rd, Dallas, Texas 75216.
