COST/PRICE BID SCHEDULE The Government intends to award base Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) CLIN 0001; however, it reserves the right to award the base CLIN 0001, and one Alternative Bid Deduct CLIN 0002. CLIN 0001. BASE PRICE: Scope of Work description. Project 542-23-105, ITEM I, General Construction: Work includes installation of block valves to isolate the in-plant boiler supply from the temporary boiler supply, and any other isolation deemed necessary for safety with future construction activities occurring during operation of the plant. Work includes a temporary control room trailer. Work includes driveway repairs and removeable protective bollards, and associated site work. ITEM II, General Electric: Work includes all connection points for boiler feed water and condensate return, electrical power and controls. Work includes cameras for monitoring the temporary boiler and all associated monitors and wiring. ITEM III, General Plumbing: Work includes replacement of the steam header in the boiler plant. Work includes hooking up a temporary boiler for commissioning purposes, and commissioning, to ensure that it is fully integrated into the existing plant through April 15, 2026. All work must be in accordance with VA and code requirements. LUMP SUM BASE BID: $ ____________ Write Bid Amount in Words **NOTE** Indicate the price for deduct alternates. CLIN 0002. DEDUCT ALTERNATE #1: All work described in the Base Bid except deduct: Temporary Boiler: Deduct additional months of temporary boiler operation. Provide a per month bid price for the continued operation of the temporary boilers after the completion of the stub-out and boiler plant work. Disassembly of all temporary fencing and components will still be required upon removal of the temporary boilers. Any incidental costs or miscellaneous rental costs required to keep the temporary boilers operational during this period shall also be included in the per month bid price. The government reserves the right to decline this deduct or to accept this deduct for any number of months or partial months required by the government once the temporary boilers have been placed into service by the contractor.
