Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement to provide and install conduit, raceways, horizontal and vertical penetrations, and fire stopping to support NextGen WiFi installation at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, maintenance, and other necessary items to support the installation of replacement and new WiFi Access Points at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center campus. The scope of work is limited to specific locations within the campus.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide and install conduit, raceways, horizontal and vertical penetrations, and fire stopping to support NextGen WiFi installation on the Cheyenne VA campus as shown and described in the project drawings and specifications. The work includes installation of 10 Access Points locations, approximately 2,000 linear feet of conduit, including junction boxes, pull cords, and fire stopping throughout the Medical Center. Additionally, it involves the installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of CAT 6A cable from APs to nearest IT rooms and terminating in a patch panel. The work also includes the installation of patch panels at each IT room location.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this Statement of Work will be one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of award at the Cheyenne VAMC.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Cheyenne VA Medical Center located at 2360 East Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY 82001.
