Description

Operation, Testing, Maintenance & Repair Contract for the Water Plant and Wastewater Plants at the Hudson Valley HCS. The Hudson Valley Healthcare System (HVHCS) requires an annual service contract to provide operation, maintenance, repair and testing of the Water Treatment Plant and the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Castle Point Campus and the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Montrose Campus.
Background
The Hudson Valley Healthcare System (HVHCS) is seeking an annual service contract to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, repair, and testing of its Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plants located at the Castle Point Campus and Montrose Campus.

This initiative aims to support the agency's mission of providing quality healthcare services by maintaining essential infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Operation of the Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
- Regular maintenance of all systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair services as needed to address any operational issues.
- Testing of water quality and system functionality to comply with health and safety standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed annually with options for two additional years.
