Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Project 621-22-107, which aims to modernize Building 108's Boiler Plant and Systems. The goal of this contract is to renovate the existing Boiler Plant, ensuring it meets current operational standards and efficiency requirements.

Work Details
The construction project involves the complete renovation of the existing Boiler Plant, including:

- Demolition and renovations of existing boilers, piping, ancillary equipment, and interior structures;
- Partial demolition of existing equipment;
- Installation of new electrical equipment in Building 208 Energy Center.

Additionally, there are alternate deduct options that include work associated with the demolition of a 3.2MW generator and Heat Recovery Steam Generator, as well as replacing medium voltage switchgear and load interrupter switches as specified in provided drawings.
