The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has recently completed construction on three buildings that require regular periodic maintenance. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide the VA with a maintenance management plan for the Palo Alto Buildings 100 G-wing, 500, 530, 603, 615 and 710. The Contractor shall obtain and compile all necessary information from site visits, as-builts, shop drawings and any other pertinent documentation to develop the maintenance management plan. The Contractor shall also develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the contract and this PWS.
