Background

4. Construction of a modular wall system, epoxy flooring, and a suspended ceiling system that accommodates various medical equipment booms and HVAC systems.
5. Integration of OR-B into the Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM) infrastructure for improved surgical video and imaging capabilities.
6. Provision of a turnkey construction project to complete renovations within 4 to 8 weeks post-demolition, preceded by a 6-9 week design phase.
