Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing this solicitation for the Site Preparation of Nuclear Medicine Rooms D758 and D759 at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to furnish all necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and other resources to complete the work as specified in the contract documents. This acquisition is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for site preparation tasks that include reconfiguring the Nuclear Medicine Clinical spaces. This encompasses modifications to walls, floors, utilities, and support systems necessary for the installation of new medical imaging equipment. The work must comply with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes as well as VA Ann Arbor building standards. All construction activities should be documented thoroughly by the contractor and performed without disrupting ongoing operations at the Medical Center. The contractor must provide all construction and safety barriers, remove construction debris off-site, and supply their own dumpsters.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is set for 120 calendar days from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center located at 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
