SATOC Maintenance IDIQ Puget Sound Healthcare System   2

Background
The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 intends to establish an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for the VA Puget Sound Healthcare System for Facility Maintenance and Repair Services. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contract will be awarded for a total of 5 years with a contract capacity not exceeding $7,000,000.00 across the life of the contract.

Work Details
The scope of work primarily involves maintenance in nature, with ancillary construction and can include general building maintenance and upkeep, roads and parking maintenance, environmental activities such as asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, electrical installation and repair, repair and testing of mechanical systems, and other repairs, renovations, and minor alterations to existing facilities and/or infrastructure that are primarily maintenance in nature. The contractor will furnish all necessary qualified personnel, supervision, material, equipment, and services to perform the tasks in the Statement of Work prepared specifically for each Task Order.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 5 years with Task Orders based on individual projects. Many of the Task Orders will be awarded between $15,000 and $75,000 with a Task Order ceiling of approximately $300,000.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at VA Puget Sound Health Care System (Seattle), VA Puget Sound Health Care System (American Lake), and all existing and future satellite sites connected with VA Puget Sound Health Care System.
