AMENDMENT DESCRIPTION 1. The purpose of this amendment is to update the Wage Determination rate to most current version. The original Wage Determination number has been updated. The new Wage Determination number for this solicitation is NV20250038 07/04/2025. All offerors are required to base their proposals on the revised wage determination. 2. Offerors that submitted a qualified proposal prior to the solicitation deadline are permitted to amend their proposal's price to reflect the changes in the wage determination. Revised proposals must be submitted no later than 07/30/2025 @ 14:00 PDT. Revised proposals should be emailed to christopher.whipple@va.gov and Cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov. 3. Background
This solicitation is for the 'Replace Roof for Building 1' project at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHS). The objective of this project is to address and resolve issues with the existing roof of Building 1, which has reached the end of its design life and has been compromised due to deterioration and water intrusion. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform tasks including:
- Replacing the existing roof with new materials as per the 100% construction drawings;
- Preparing the existing roof to meet manufacturer's warranty conditions;
- Installing roofing systems that comply with current VA standards;
- Repairing or installing lightning protection systems;
- Addressing roof slope issues;
- Conducting an Infrared Roof Moisture Survey;
- Ensuring any damaged equipment lines during construction are restored.

The contractor must also coordinate site visits, manage material delivery and disposal, conduct weekly project meetings, submit required documentation such as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control plan, and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the project.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this project shall be no more than 182 calendar days from when the Notice to Proceed (NTP) letter is issued.

Place of Performance
The work will be accomplished at Medical Center Building 1 at VASNHS, located at 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086.
