Project 621-22-124 - Replace SPS Flooring at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN 37604   3

The Sterile Processing Supply (SPS) area is used to sterilize medical equipment for the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The scope of this project is for a complete demolition and removal of the current tile flooring and the installation of a new floor that meets code as required by the specifications and drawings. This project will involve construction services that, at a minimum, include the demolition, renovation, to create a fully functional mobile SPS facility that meets all current codes and standards. This will involve renting and setting up a fully functional onsite mobile SPS facility, removal of all the SPS equipment and other equipment in the SPS area, removal of all equipment from scope room, storage of the equipment, demolition, and removal of old flooring, installing the new flooring in SPS area and scope room area, reinstalling the SPS equipment, commissioning of the equipment, and removal of the mobile SPS facility, and complete cleanup of site. Period of Performance: 225 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
