THE MAGNITUDE FOR CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS $20M TO $50M.

NAICS code: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in SBA VetCert at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov Period of Performance: 730 calendar days Statement of Work From Specification Section 01 00 00 1.2 GENERAL INTENTION A. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for the renovation of the Building 108 Boiler Plant and identified systems for replacement and demolition in the Building 208 Energy Center as required by the drawings and specifications. 1.3 STATEMENT OF BID ITEM(S) BASE BID: Work includes general construction, alterations, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction for renovation of the Boiler Plant Building 108 and Energy Center Building 208. ALTERNATE NO.1: BASE BID except all work in Building 208. 1. Contractor will have 730 calendar days after NTP to complete. Information Sought Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide the service as described above (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. Please e-mail your response with the above information to diana.grube@va.gov. with the subject line "Sources Sought Notice # 36C24924R0083 no later than July 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
