Construction Contract (DB/DBB SDVOSB MACC), Various Locations, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21

The proposed contract is limited to Veteran Small Business Certification, (VetCert) verified SDVOSB concerns.
Vendors must be VetCert certified at the time of submission of the proposal and continuously through the award. This is
a source selection procurement IAW FAR 15.101-1 requiring both Technical and Price proposals. The procurement consists
of one solicitation with the intent to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts.

The aggregate value of this Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) acquisition shall not exceed $600,000,000.
Awardees shall not exceed $50,000,000 for the life of the contract. The period of performance (POP) for all contracts
resulting from this solicitation shall consist of a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods.
The guaranteed minimum amount for each resultant award is $2,000 for the life of the contract, inclusive of options.
The MINIMUM ordering limit per task order is $2,000. The MAXIMUM ordering limit per task order is $10,000,000.

Background
The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is issuing a solicitation for a Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) specifically for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

The projects will be performed at various locations within VISN 21 including sites such as the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (Palo Alto Division), San Francisco VA Healthcare Center, VA Northern California Healthcare System (Sacramento VA Medical Center), VA Pacific Islands Healthcare System (Honolulu), VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System (Reno), and VA Central California Healthcare System (Fresno).
