FY23 NRM-Tier 1 (PROJ 673-22-109) D/B: Install Fan Array in AHU OR2-7 and Replace Exhaust Fans   3

Background
The James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa, Florida is seeking professional services to perform a design-build for the NRM Project #673-22-109. The project involves replacing the existing supply fan within AHU-OR2-7 with new fan arrays and replacing the six existing Exhaust Fans on the OR lab roof. The project aims to provide redundancy to units serving critical areas within the facility, achieve energy savings, and improve maintenance and replacement of parts. The work is to be completed during abnormal business hours in Building 1 as designed in the hospital areas identified in the project description.

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing all necessary professional services, equipment, labor materials, supervision, tools, testing, and specialty services. It also involves reworking pipework to ensure ease of maintenance and replacement, upgrading the BAS system to the newest version compatible with a new SNE and CGM, cleaning the AHU coils during fanwall conversion, and performing design phases at 35%, 65%, 95%, and 100% review stages. The VA will provide requested As-Built drawings electronically for reference, and it is the responsibility of the A/E to review these drawings with the assigned VA representative COR.

The construction projects will be performed at James A. Haley VAMC located at 13000 Bruce B Downs, Tampa, FL 33612.
