Remove and Replace fencing Alpha Courtyard Erie VAMC The Erie VA Medical Center has a requirement to work both interior and exterior and requires partial modification of the existing aluminum storefront and aluminum entrance and demolition of the existing CLC courtyard steel fence with installation of new steel fence. There are 21 Concrete piers that may or may not need replacement. The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor and materials to perform all work in connection with the project. The site for the Project is the Erie VA Medical Center, 135 E 38th St Erie Pa 16504 All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the SOW provided. This requirement is a Request for Quote and is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Additionally, this acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The period of performance of is 120 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Background
The Erie VA Medical Center is seeking to undertake a project that involves both interior and exterior work.
