Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Job Order Contract (JOC) to provide general construction services at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI.
