Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of the B200 Ground Floor Bronchoscopy Procedure Room at the James H. Quilen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, TN.

The goal of this contract is to prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, to enhance healthcare services provided by the VA.

Work Details
The contractor shall completely prepare the site for building operations, which includes demolition and removal of existing structures.

The work must be performed in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications. The project magnitude is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

The contractor will be responsible for all labor and materials necessary to complete the renovation as specified.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this project is 240 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP), with an internal hospital construction period of 6 weeks and a submittals period of 90 days from NTP.
