The goal of this contract is to ensure a fully functional and operational HVAC system by providing brand name or similar equipment replacements. This initiative is part of the agency's commitment to maintaining optimal healthcare facility operations.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the purchase, removal, and installation of chillers and air handlers with all associated services necessary for a complete operational system. Specific tasks include:

1. Replacement of the air handler and condensing unit in Building 125.
2. Replacement of the chiller in Building 98.
3. Replacement of the rooftop chiller in Building 58.

Services required encompass decommissioning, draining, disconnecting, removal, modification, installation (including mechanical, electrical, and controls work), start-up, commissioning, craning, and recovery/disposal of old units.
