Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is issuing this solicitation for the renovation of building 58-1 R102 into a Supply Chain Management warehouse facility at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System (VAIHCS) located in Danville, IL.

The goal of this contract is to provide a functional and efficient space for supply chain management services, enhancing the operational capabilities of the VA healthcare system.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other necessary resources to complete Project 550-23-108.

The scope includes remodeling existing warehouse and office spaces within building 58-1 R102 according to provided drawings and specifications. Specific tasks include:
- Renovation of warehouse areas to accommodate supply chain operations.
- Remodeling office spaces to support administrative functions.
- Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as detailed in the project scope of work.
- Coordination with VAIHCS Facility Management Service prior to commencing work.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is set for 365 calendar days following the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System (VAIHCS), located at 1900 East Main Street, Danville, IL 61832.
