Description

This project is to replace the Cooling Tower atop the Chiller Plant, Building 54 (Roof Area 62), located at the Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, New York. The existing roof system is saturated and was scheduled to be replaced after the new cooling towers were installed. However, the system is in such a state of failure, the leaking of this system has caused problems to recently installed equipment that now needs to be replaced. It is now imperative that the roof system be replaced.
