ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED AT THE SYRACUSE VA MEDICAL CENTER, 800 IRVING AVE, SYRACUSE NY 13210.

FOR A PROJECT ENTILED RENOVATE 3RD & 4TH FLOOR D WING SCI PRIMARY CARE

This is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement to

be conducted in accordance with Public Law 109-461. Offerors must be verified in www.vetbiz.gov at time of offer and

time of award. Registration in www.sam.gov, under the NAICS code 236220, is required for consideration of award.

Offerors must submit their annual Vets-100 Report. A Supplier Qualifier Report should be available for potential

awardees through Dun and Bradstreet. Additional financial records maybe requested. Offerors must submit Experience

modification rate with bid.

The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220 - Business Size is $39.5 M.

A Site Visit is scheduled for 13 January 2021 at 9 AM. Participants will meet in AM & M conference Rm RM NG45

Submit all questions and request for information via e-mail to the Contracting Officer

at nicholas.winne@va.gov. RFI's must be submitted by 4:00 PM, 28 January 2021.

Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest price in response to the solicitation

requirements

The Architect Engineer that designed this project cannot be awarded the construction contract.
