Background
This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors of the Department of Veterans Affairs intent to advertise for bids the project entitled ‘Waterproof Basements, Various Buildings – Project No. 515-21-108’ to be accomplished at the Battle Creek Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located in Battle Creek, MI.

Work Details
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 515-21-108, Waterproof Basements, Various Buildings, at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The project will add exterior, below grade waterproofing to various building foundations and change grading and drainage to various locations outside of various buildings as well as interior finishes repair.
The contractor will receive a total of 280 days to complete the work. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including selective demolition and removal, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Waterproofing and related work on buildings #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 27, 30,

Period of Performance
The contractor will receive a total of 280 days to complete the work.
