Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing this solicitation for the Emergent East Parking Structure Repair project at the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the parking structures, which are essential for providing access to the medical center's facilities. This project is a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and other necessary resources to complete the work as specified in the contract documents. The scope includes:
- structural repairs;
- concrete spalling repairs;
- cracking concrete remediation;
- application of traffic coating paint;
- parking lot striping;
- fire suppression piping repair.

The work will be performed on both East and West Parking Structures as detailed in the provided drawings and specifications.
