PROJECT NO. 635-436, SOLICATION NUMBER: 36C10F22R036 OKVAMC, OKLAHOMA CITY Address is: 921 NE 13th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73104 This is a sources sought. The Department of Veterans Affairs is looking for firms that are classified under one or more of the following SBA programs: Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, WOSB, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB. In order to receive consideration as an SDVOSB or VOSB concern your firm shall be register as such at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ , and shall include with its response to this request a copy of the appropriate CVE verification. All firms shall be a General Construction Firm with an approved NAICS Code 236220, Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million. This sources sought is for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued as a Two-Phase Design-Build procurement (Reference FAR 36.3). The project is for certain renovations on two existing floors in the main hospital building. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, design, supervision and incidental related costs for certain renovations including, but not limited to, demolition of existing construction (as needed) and re-construction of existing 7th floor into three (3)operating suites, post-op recovery, waiting room, and support spaces; demolition of existing construction (as needed) and re-construction of existing 8th floor into individual intensive care patient rooms with private restrooms, staff support areas, and nurse stations; installation of a new hydraulic elevator; completion of elevator penthouse construction; correction 8th floor building envelope and roofing components as required; and mold remediation. Contractor will adhere to VA TIL requirements for the design and construction efforts. At this time, no solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a solicitation. Small Business Contractors and vendors having the skills and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought. The capability statement is not to exceed 5 pages. Background

Work Details

The contractor must adhere to VA TIL requirements for design and construction efforts.
