Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing this solicitation for the rehabilitation of historic structures at Yellowstone National Park, specifically focusing on the exteriors of Historic Fort Yellowstone. The goal of this contract is to preserve and restore these significant historical sites under the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA).

This acquisition is being conducted as an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition, with an estimated price range exceeding $10,000,000.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Rehabilitation of historic structures, including but not limited to exterior restoration work.
2. Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding historic preservation.
3. Provision of performance and payment bonds as required.
4. Submission of proposals that include all necessary taxes, as this project is not tax exempt.
5. Adherence to the requirements outlined in Sections 'B' through 'J' and attachments noted in Section 'J' of the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and complete it within 100 calendar days following the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Yellowstone National Park, specifically at Historic Fort Yellowstone.
