Wishpoosh Campground Improvements, Cle Elum Dam and Reservoir, Yakima, WA   3

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Yakima Project, Washington has a requirement to include campground improvements to includes demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, and riprap necessary to raise a section of the Boat Launch road; furnishing and installing a precast concrete box culvert and wingwall to convey Davis Creek under the Boat Launch Road; constructing a masonry wall and installing a vault toilet in the Boat Launch parking lot; constructing a gravel-surfaced well access road; and installing anchored rootwad log structures. Work is located approximately 8 miles northwest of Cle Elum, Washington in Kittitas County. The project is expected to be completed not later than 243 days after NTP is issued. This requirement will be competed as a small business set-aside invitation for bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 and the small business size standard, applicable to this project is $39.5 million. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued on or about February 28, 2020 at www.fedconnect.net and www.fbo.gov, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. The solicitation will close approximately 30 days after its issuance. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
