Description

Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Substation and Transmission Line Structure Foundations, Conduit, Grounding and Site-work at Various Locations UGP and RMR
Seed project - Charlie Creek - Watford City 230 kV Transmission Line, Highway 85 Crossing, Strs. 7/7 and 7/8, North Dakota
Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), part of the U.S. Department of Energy, is issuing this solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract focused on substation and transmission line structure foundations, conduit, grounding, and site-work.
The goal of this contract is to support the agency's mission in providing reliable power delivery in the Upper Great Plains and Rocky Mountain Regions.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various construction tasks including:
1. Mobilization and preparatory work, which should not exceed 5% of the total project cost.
2. Miscellaneous sitework related to the installation of steel poles and fixtures.
