Description

CLIN 05001 Routine Grounds Maintenance, continues the services that were previously provided under CLIN 04001. CLIN 05003 Emergency Services, continues the services that were previously provided under CLIN 04003. These services will be provided in accordance with the same terms, conditions, and prices as CLIN 04001 and CLIN 04003 through the authority of FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. The only exceptions are the newly added wage rates for the Administrative Assistant and Supply Technician positions required by the latest Service Contract Age Wage Determination 2015-4643 Rev22 for Roane and Anderson counties. The new wage rate for the Administrative Assistant and Supply Technician is $28.26 per hour. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. CLIN 05001 is fully funded in the amount of $1,178,304.00 and CLIN 05001 is incrementally funded in the amount of $17,914.00.
