Background
The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Denver Service Center (DSC), is soliciting proposals on a Total Small Business basis from all interested businesses having the capability to perform the work described below.

Work Details
The project involves the replacement of the existing steam heating system with a new hot water system provided by steam to hot water exchangers, replacement of existing emergency generator, replacement of existing fluorescent lighting fixtures with LED fixtures on seven floor levels, restoration of granite-clad facades, repairs to deteriorated steel columns and beams at the base of State Street facade, window restoration work, and replacement of sidewalk along Devonshire Street. The work will be conducted in a single phase, but coordination of the specific scope of work items will be subject to schedule and phasing as proposed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Officer.
