Background
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana/Dakotas State Office, is seeking to contract on a limited or sole source basis due to the urgent need for repairs following a declared disaster event under the Emergency Relief for Federally Owned Roads (ERFO) program. This action is necessary to restore access and mitigate hazards resulting from the Windy Rock Fire.

Work Details
The contractor will provide emergency stabilization, hazard mitigation, and rehabilitation services on BLM-managed lands impacted by the Windy Rock Fire in Missoula County. Tasks include:

- Repairing road slope failures;
- Restoring drainage features;
- Removing fallen trees and debris;
- Stabilizing damaged roadway infrastructure;
- Restoring essential travel routes;
- Conducting storm patrol and emergency road maintenance to ensure safe access following storm events;
