Remove Existing, and Provide, Install, Newly Manufactured Blast Booth Ramp at Trident Refit Facility (TRF)   3

This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to determine the availability of potential sources for Entrance Ramp Commercial Manufacturing Services for Trident Refit Facility (TRF). A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this SSN to determine the availability of contractors capable of fulfilling the Government's requirements. The Government may use the responses to this SSN for information and planning purposes. The material description describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of supplies and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ). NAVSUP FLCJ is seeking vendors capable of providing manufacturing services meeting the specifications of the PWS. Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this SSN via the submission of a capability statement and details of the items offered. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information. Submissions should include the following information: (1) Company name, address, POC name, phone number, fax number and email address; (2) Contractor CAGE Code; (3) Business size - Large Business, Small Business, 8(a) participant, HUBZone, Women-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned, and/or Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned; (4) Salient characteristics of the services offered, in accordance with the attached PWS. Submissions are not to exceed 10 pages in length. All technical questions and inquiries may be submitted with the response.
