Remove and Replace Above Ground Fuel Storage Fuel

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), specifically the Construction A/E Team 3. The mission of the FWS is to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people. This contract aims to remove and replace above-ground fuel storage tanks and pumps, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:

- Remove existing above-ground fuel storage tanks;
- Install new above-ground fuel storage tanks;
- Replace associated pumps;
- Conduct necessary removal actions as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW);
- Ensure all work complies with applicable regulations and standards.

The contractor must also provide any required performance and payment bonds within 10 calendar days after award.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 30, 2026, to July 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at FWS Central Washington NWRC located at 64 Maple Street, Burbank, WA 99323-8521.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must meet the following requirements:

- Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA);
- Contractors must furnish performance and payment bonds if awarded amounts exceed $35,000 (payment bond) or $150,000 (both payment and performance bonds);
- Contractors must have appropriate licenses for construction work;
- A site visit will be hosted for bidders.
