The project is located in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (NCA) located approximately 4 miles West of Sky Vista Blvd, Summerlin Nevada.
Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), part of the United States Department of the Interior, is issuing a pre-solicitation for repairs to the Administration Building located in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (NCA) in Nevada.

This project aims to address critical maintenance issues within the facility, ensuring it remains functional and safe for use.

Work Details
The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to:
1. Resolve rodent infestation issues within the building.
2. Replace the existing roof of the Administration Building.
3. Repair water damage that has occurred in various areas of the facility due to leaks or other water-related issues.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this contract is 125 calendar days following the issuance of the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (NCA), located approximately 4 miles West of Sky Vista Blvd, Summerlin, Nevada.
