Background
The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, is issuing this solicitation for the B.F. Sisk Dam SOD Modifications, Phase II. The project aims to enhance the safety and structural integrity of the dam as part of the Central Valley Project in California. The estimated cost for this project ranges between $250 million and $500 million.

Work Details
The work includes various construction tasks related to the modifications of B.F. Sisk Dam, specifically focusing on:

1. Mobilization and Preparatory Work
2. Contract Document Management System (CDMS)
3. Site Security
4. Government Field Office Maintenance
5. Dam excavation and construction, including excavation of existing rock blanket material, installation of erosion control measures, toe drain installation, and blanket drains.
6. Material processing for production and maintenance of haul routes.
7. Compliance with local, state, and federal codes during construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period from June 2, 2025, to June 2, 2028.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at B.F. Sisk Dam, located approximately 12 miles west of Los Banos, California.
