The Prosser Creek Dam, located in Nevada County, California, is a high and significant hazard potential dam managed by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. A recent dive inspection revealed significant debris accumulation in the spillway stilling basin, necessitating a cleanout to facilitate further inspections and maintain safety standards. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Remove all materials from the spillway stilling basin, including fine sediments, gravels, cobbles, boulders, chain link fence materials, and large woody materials.

2. Clear material from the 6-inch drains on two chute blocks as thoroughly as possible without causing damage.

3. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the concrete floor and other features of the spillway stilling basin post-cleanout, documenting any deterioration or abnormalities observed.
