Presolicitation notice for roof replacement

Background
The presolicitation notice is for a roof replacement project at the BIA/San Carlos Irrigation Project in Coolidge, AZ. The proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for Native-owned firms under the Buy Indian Act. Interested firms must possess an Arizona contractor's license.

Work Details
The scope of work includes replacing approximately 3,800 SF of roofing for the SCIP’s Duplex building and 800 SF of roofing for a storage shed. The project involves providing all labor, equipment, and materials to install the new roof system for both buildings, removing and disposing of existing composition shingles and underlayment, inspecting wood decking/sheathing for damage, installing new drip edge, pipe jacks, synthetic underlayment or 30-lb. felt, 30-year architectural shingles, fascia board, soffit, shingle mold, gutters with downspouts, ensuring positive drainage to roof drains, fabricating new flashings, and providing a thirty-year Manufacturer’s NDL warranty. The work is to be performed during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.
