Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region is issuing this solicitation for a construction requirement to repair the roof of the Parker 69KV Control Building.

The goal of this contract is to replace the existing roof and flashing on the upper 69KV yard control house with durable materials, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:
1. Remove the damaged roof at Parker Substation.
2. Furnish and install a new metal roofing system, including a vented ridge cap.
3. Install prefinished metal fascia that closely matches the original roofing color.
4. Provide flashing and concealed anchors as part of the installation process.
5. Supply roofing underlayment and ensure that roofing panels are grounded.
6. Deliver as-built drawings and warranty documentation for all installed components of the roof.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days after receiving the award and must complete all work within 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Parker Substation located in Arizona.
