THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
OLYMPIC NATIONAL PARK
REHABILITATE KALALOCH WASTEWATER LAGOONS
Description of Requirement:
The project will be dedicated to installing manual headworks screen and changes to splitter box, adding floating dock system for each cell pond, installing water depth marker & level sensor with data logger, replacing aerators with new lagoon aerators, making fence repairs, adding signage, and removing vegetation at lagoon and spray field areas, installing new effluent decanter, replacing existing pump building with new precast concrete and effluent pump system, including all electrical and controls, adding effluent flow monitoring & sampling ports/stations, replacing existing effluent piping with chlorine contact pipe and de-chlorination system, replacing effluent spray field and improvements to access road.
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated:
$1,000,000 - $2,000,000.
The solicitation, plans, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about April 22nd, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM April 22nd, 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.
All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Background

Work Details
The project will involve several construction tasks including:
