Description

NVFEL Operations, Maintenance, and Janitorial Contract
Background
The NVFEL Operations, Maintenance, and Janitorial Contract is a partnership agreement between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Small Business Administration. The SBA is the prime contractor on this contract.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide general operations, management, administration, and contractor-furnished property to perform all work required by Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for specific line items. The services also include supplies, services, and materials for building and equipment maintenance as required by Attachment 1 PWS Sections 5.2. Additionally, the contract includes provisions for overtime, non-standard repair & maintenance ID/IQ services, and specific payment details for each line item.
