Background
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the 'Building 3 (B3), Building 17 (B17) and Building 19 (B19) HVAC Upgrades Project' at their Morgantown, WV campus. This project is part of NETL's mission to enhance energy technology and infrastructure.

The solicitation is a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) that is set aside for small businesses, aiming to procure construction services for HVAC upgrades in the specified buildings.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing HVAC upgrades in three buildings: Building 3, Building 17, and Building 19 at the NETL Morgantown campus.
